She advises on related issues including public sector procurement law, material outsourcing, data protection and IT-related intellectual property issues.
Recent work includes:
Leading the negotiations for a UK health insurer for a new telecom solution to route and record all calls to and from its call centres;
Leading a review of the UK material and important outsourcing arrangements of a global insurance company, advising on their Solvency II compliance and the variations required to address any areas of non-compliance;
Providing day-to-day advice for two large national public bodies on the commissioning of large scale technology projects from contract inception to contract award and ongoing contract management;
Managing a number of procurement backlog projects and compliance reviews - Emilie once led a backlog project that involved finalising 130 contracts within six months on behalf of a large insurer.
