Liz Duley operates from our Birmingham office. She specialises in insurance litigation and personal injury work and has experience of dealing with road traffic, employer's liability and public liability claims.
In 2003, Liz was appointed as a Senior Manager to manage the day to day operations of various clients' volume litigation teams. Liz implemented new working methods, quality control procedures, and team and management structures to ensure bespoke client service delivery.
Liz joined the Claims Validation Team in July 2009 and was responsible for operational issues across all CVT sites.
In 2011, Liz was appointed Operations Manager for the Claims Solutions Group in Birmingham with overall responsibility for performance management, budget, recruitment and training within the location.
Within the firm’s national Claims Solutions Group, Liz is a Partner in the Motor Service Line and is part of the Motor Core Management Group, as well as being responsible for the Birmingham Team. Liz also manages various client relationships. Liz was made Partner in November 2010.

Developing and implementing the DAC Beachcroft Claims Ltd's iBAT (intelligence and behavioural analysis toolkit) for the Motor Service Line;
The implementation of new business to ensure a tailored client service.
