Christopher is a Planning And Environmental Lawyer in our Fetter Lane Office.
He specialises in advising for both private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning, compulsory purchase, highways and public law matters, with a particular emphasis on mixed-use regeneration, housing, retail, and infrastructure projects.
Christopher also has extensive judicial review experience, which includes hearings in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Christopher qualified in 2001.
Recent examples of Christopher's experience include:
Advising on three major retail led mixed-use redevelopment projects in Leeds, Southampton and Sheffield;
Advising on the promotion of the extension of the northern runway at Heathrow Airport, pending the Government's decision in mid-2016;
Advising a wide range of businesses on the impacts of HS2 and Crossrail 2, including successfully appearing before Select Committee in the House of Commons;
Two landmark redevelopments in Central London for a leading software/search engine company, and a Sovereign Wealth Fund.
