Particular experience includes:
Advising a local authority on the construction elements of a town centre regeneration which comprised retail space suitable for national retailers both in size and layout; restaurant, bar and café units; supermarket; cinema; hotel; petrol station; residential units; and a multi-storey car park.
Providing construction advice to a private sector developer on the refurbishment and redevelopment of a number of office buildings which were subsequently sold or leased.
Providing ongoing construction advice to the owners of a large shopping centre with their regular maintenance and upgrade contracts to the construction contracts for a significant extension.
Providing construction advice to two foundation trusts on a complicated refurbishment development within a shopping centre to provide a health clinic following our clients' successful award of a tender from the local authority.
