Cheryl Radford

Cheryl is a professional and commercial risk lawyer in our Bristol office. She specialises in insurance litigation, advising London market insurers on coverage, with a particular focus on claims arising under directors' and officers' liability policies, and has experience of cross-border binder and Part VII transfer disputes.

She regularly defends claims against financial advisers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, wealth management firms and other financial institutions, and in respect of regulatory investigations. 

Cheryl further advises commercial clients in a variety of sectors to resolve their complex contractual disputes, both in the UK and abroad. She seeks and defends claims for urgent injunctive relief, co-ordinates international claims (including identifying assets) and advises on multi-jurisdictional enforcement of judgments. 

She has extensive experience in litigation (including the Court of Appeal), but also in alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediations.
