Charlotte has provided advice and defence services to individuals and organisations across a range of sectors, and has particular experience in the agricultural sector having dealt with motoring offences with particular focus on agricultural vehicles, as well as handling a recent case where a charge of gross negligence manslaughter was brought against a farmer following an alleged bull attack on a member of the public.
She regularly provides lectures and training to insurers and large corporate clients.
