Ceri is experienced in advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She regularly advises on discrimination and equal pay claims, disciplinary proceedings and related dismissals, redundancy procedures, confidentiality and outsourcing issues.
Also, she has experience negotiating settlement terms upon the termination of employment and drafts compromise agreements, executive service agreements, company handbooks and related policies.
Ceri has advised in relation to various employment tribunal claims particularly discrimination claims.
Additionally, she has conducted her own advocacy in employment tribunals and has been involved in appeal proceedings.
