Carlos Gasca Cruz

Carlos obtained his law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho Mexico in 2017; he joined DAC Beachcroft Mexico on 2017.

• Carlos specialises in the handling of large and complex insurance claims in all lines of business including: financial lines, P&C, Aviation and Product Liability

• He coordinates and liaise with international parties in the UK and the US in respect of local claims and litigation proceedings

• Carlos is part of the DACB’s Incident First Responder (IFR) for cyber claims, in matters involving: cyber-attacks, ransomware, malware and exfiltration of third parties’ personal data

• He has also extensive experience in administrative proceedings carried out by Mexican authorities related to Insurance and Reinsurance regulation, Compliance and AML matters
