Campbell Dye acts for a wide range of commercial clients including companies in the pharmaceutical, foods and financial services sectors. His clients include FTSE100 companies, niche SMEs and high worth individuals, as well as a range of public bodies. He was involved in the Oral Contraceptive Pill Group litigation on behalf of one of the successful defendant companies, and has extensive experience of disputes for agents and principals under the Commercial Agents Regulations.
He regularly acts in disputes relating to BPO and IT services. He has experience of working with insurers and other financial services clients in commercial disputes, ranging from international agency agreements to distribution agreements and shareholders’ disputes.
In addition, Campbell works closely with his Intellectual Property partners to protect our clients’ rights in relation to Registered Trademarks, Design Rights and passing off. He also works extensively with clients in the area of reputation management, including defamation cases.
Campbell regularly acts for clients in commercial Chancery cases involving share ownership disputes and the like.
He has experience of arbitration and mediation as methods of resolving disputes.
