Antony‘s recent experience includes:
acting for Zurich in 2 successful Supreme Court cases: Firm PI 1 Limited v Zurich Australian Insurance Limited  NZSC 147 (interpretation of a MD/BI property policy); and Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd v Cognition Education Limited  NZSC 188 (political risk policy; breach of claims conditions); and
acting for Lloyd’s underwriters in establishing the extra-territorial application of s9 Law Reform Act 1936 in Bridgecorp Limited (in receivership and liquidation) v Certain Lloyd’s Underwriters under policy B0701L505809  NZCA 571.
