Andrew Hazelwood works for a mixture of private and public sector clients across a range of sectors, but particularly for NHS clients and in the technology and financial services fields.
On the non-contentious side, Andrew has significant experience in advising on complex TUPE transactions and outsourcing. He also regularly advises on exiting senior executives. Andrew has extensive experience in grievances, disciplinaries and the full range of HR advisory work.
Andrew has experience of working in-house on secondment for both Vodafone (2012) and BT/EE (2017)'s legal teams
Andrew is an experienced litigator in the employment tribunal in cases ranging from discrimination to worker status and whistle-blowing. Andrew has successfully helped defend a client against a holiday pay test case which could have resulted in multi-million pound liability and the potential closure of the business.
Andrew trained with Morgan Cole solicitors, going on to work for Penningtons on qualification. He joined Beachcroft in 2011.
