Andrés Amunátegui Echeverría

Andrés leads the Insurance team in our Chile office and is also Regional Head of the firm's Latin American practice. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance, litigation and arbitration. He has represented and advised both the international and local market in property, casualty, liability and financial institutions related claims, including loss adjustment’s control, judicial procedures, wording development and adaptation.

Andrés has written several insurance related articles and is a co-author of the 2015 book, "El contrato de Seguros".

Andrés qualified in 1997 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2012.
