Alexandra has been advising on competition and state aid law questions for over 15 years.
Her work covers:
Advising on compliance of distribution and co-operation agreements with competition law;
Advising on compliance of public fund structures with state aid and general EU law;
Notification of public funds and other state aid schemes to the European Commission;
Advising on mergers and acquisitions, including notifications of mergers and acquisitions to the European Commission, and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA);
Public procurement law advice and its interaction with state aid rules.
Prior to joining Beachcroft LLP in 2006, Alexandra worked for Latham & Watkins LLP in Brussels, as well as the European Commission (DG Competition).
