International law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP has appointed Jane Marshall as a partner in its national Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPI) group.
Jane, who is based in Manchester, is one of the leading experts in public sector pensions and an experienced employment lawyer. She joins DACB from Weightmans, where she has worked for notable clients across the public and third/voluntary sectors, with particular experience in health, local government, emergency services, education, social housing and charities.
Commenting on Jane’s appointment, Alex Lock, Head of the national Employment & Pensions group at DACB, said: “Legislative changes around pension schemes and TUPE transfers mean the crossover of Jane’s experience between pensions and employment law is an exciting addition as we continue to broaden our full-service offering. I am delighted to welcome Jane to the firm and look forward to working with her.”
Jane added, “As legislation continues to change, there are challenges to navigate and opportunities to grasp within the pensions and employment landscape. I look forward to working with the team here at DACB to support clients in achieving their ambitions.”
DACB’s EPI group is recognised as one of the top five employment practices in the UK, known for the scale and reach of its expertise.
