International law firm DAC Beachcroft has been reappointed to the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative Framework (NOE CPC), ensuring the firm continues to deliver excellence to its NHS clients for a further four years.

The reappointment follows a competitive tender exercise and will see DAC Beachcroft’s experts in health and social care deliver full service legal support to NOE CPC members.

Established in 2007, and wholly owned by the NHS, NOE CPC provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the NHS and other public sector organisations.

DAC Beachcroft has retained its place on the Framework, to which it has been appointed since the NOE CPC’s inception, securing the firm’s position as a trusted advisor and leading provider of legal expertise to the health and social care sector.

Nigel Montgomery, Head of Health at DAC Beachcroft, comments, "This is a significant reappointment for our firm and we are delighted to be a legal partner of choice to the NOE CPC. We look forward to continuing to work with Framework members to support them in their day to day challenges, whilst also developing the innovative solutions that the sector is seeking as it emerges from the pandemic into a period of organisational change following the publication of the NHS White Paper.

“Driven by client demand, we are continuing to invest in our regional and national health business through strategic appointments, expanding our capacity and building on our leading capabilities as a full service health practice.”

In March and April 2021, DAC Beachcroft announced the appointment of procurement partner, Katherine Calder from BCLP and clinical negligence partner David Roberts from Capsticks.

DAC Beachcroft provides innovative and practical support to 300+ independent and public sector healthcare clients to deliver high-quality, safe patient care.
