DAC Beachcroft is creating a new global headquarters building at The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4.
The firm had five offices in the City in 2011 and this move, representing the culmination of the firm's real estate strategy for the capital, will bring all London colleagues together in The Walbrook in Spring 2019.
Virginia Clegg, Senior Partner, commenting on the move, "This is a very exciting moment in the life of DAC Beachcroft. The investment we are making in this move underlines our position as an international law firm with a market leading presence in the Insurance, Health and Real Estate Sectors complemented by our rapidly growing Business Advisory Group. It will deliver an environment that reflects our brand and our ambitions.
The business is in a very strong position having delivered three years of improved financial performance culminating in our results this year – 11% revenue growth and a 21% growth in profit. There is increasing demand for our services and our move to The Walbrook recognises the importance we place on having a strong London presence occupying premium, contemporary accommodation able to serve as a hub for our UK and overseas network.
Our talented and growing team in London delivers outstanding client service. The light-filled open plan space, on a large floorplate, in this landmark building enables us to provide colleagues with a variety of working areas and amenities, supported by the latest technology and extensive client facilities”.
