International law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP has strengthened its Corporate offering with the appointment of Partner Graeme Bell.
Graeme will be joining DAC Beachcroft's Corporate team in London, which completed 50 deals in 2017, spanning sectors including insurance and financial services, healthcare, real estate, technology and natural resources.
As a well-regarded cross-border M&A practitioner, specialising in private equity and with significant experience of restructuring transactions, Graeme has led on transactions at every level of the market and across a number of sectors. He has an extensive network including private equity firms and hedge funds as well as corporates and advisors in the UK, US and internationally, and will play an important role in the development of DAC Beachcroft's Corporate offering.
Graeme was previously head of the London office for Dublin based firm Mason Hayes & Curran. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for over seven years at each of Ashurst and Akin Gump, including a period working in New York on cross-border distressed M&A following the 2008 financial crisis.
