The Leeds Employment & Pensions (EPG) team at international law firm DAC Beachcroft has won the Employment Law Award at the annual Yorkshire Legal Awards for a second year running.
The team accepted its prize in front of more than 700 members of the Yorkshire legal community at a celebratory event held on Thursday (12 October) at the city's New Dock Hall. The awards, now in their 17th year, recognise outstanding legal talent in Yorkshire.
Under Partners Louise Bloomfield and James Rhodes, DAC Beachcroft's Leeds EPG team has enjoyed another excellent year, enhancing a national multi-sector client list and bringing significant new business to the firm's national network.
Michael Peeters, DAC Beachcroft's Regional Senior Partner for Leeds, said: "This is a fantastic achievement and we really are delighted for the team. To win an award like this once is impressive enough in what is a very competitive marketplace but to do so in two consecutive years is outstanding."
"This achievement is testament to their consistency, their continued commitment to excellent client service and to their sheer hard work. It's a win for them, for the national EPG team, for our Leeds office and for DAC Beachcroft as a whole and one we are all very proud of."
