Helen joins DAC Beachcroft from King & Wood Malleson (KWM) where she held the position of Counsel, having joined the Sino-Australian firm in 2006. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at magic circle practice Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. At DAC Beachcroft, she will work within the Commercial Investment team.
Helen's client base includes institutional and overseas real estate investors and developers while she has also acted for occupiers on HQ relocations and has extensive experience of structured real estate transactions and real estate finance. At KWM, she led the team acting for The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society, an association she will continue at DAC Beachcroft by drawing on the expertise and reach of the firm's national Real Estate group.
