International law firm DAC Beachcroft is delighted to announce that business strategy and culture expert Jenny Hill has joined its LLP Board as an independent Non-Executive Director.
Jenny has wide experience of working with boards on strategic development and cultural change. Having established Echelon Learning Ltd in the 1980s, she currently leads, designs and delivers board development and culture change programmes and coaches C-suite directors in both public and private sectors.
Jenny's Independent Director career spans 20 years and has included appointments as Senior Independent Director at Chelsea & Westminster NHS Hospital Trust and Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust. She is currently a Senior Independent Director in the private sector at Mintec Ltd, a fast-growing owner managed business in global commodities, data and analytics.
This appointment is part of DAC Beachcroft's ongoing governance review. In her new non-executive role, Jenny joins Ken Lever, who became an Independent Director of the firm's LLP board in April 2014.
Commenting on the appointment, DAC Beachcroft Senior Partner, Virginia Clegg, said: "I am delighted to welcome Jenny as she takes on this vital position with the firm. The involvement of independent directors is part of our commitment to best practice business governance and I have every confidence that Jenny's guidance and counsel will be invaluable. We very much look forward to working with her."
