Land Securities has appointed DAC Beachcroft alongside Berwin Leighton Paisner, CMS Cameron McKenna, Eversheds, Herbert Smith Freehills, Hogan Lovells, Nabarro and Pinsent Masons to its property panel. The new panel will take effect from 1 May 2016 and will be in place for five years.
Tim Ashby, Group General Counsel at Land Securities, said: “We are confident that Land Securities has a legal panel of property experts who can partner with us and support our business over the next phase of its strategy. Involving the business teams throughout the process was a critical element to getting this right.”
Land Securities owns and manages more than 26.5 million sq ft of property, from shopping centres to offices, valued at £14.6 billion.
