DAC Beachcroft is pleased to confirm its appointment to all lots of the NHS Commercial Alliance legal services framework. The Alliance is formed of NHS Commercial Solutions (formerly the South East Coast Collaborative Procurement Hub) and the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub. This legal services panel runs for three years from 23 January 2015.
The NHS Commercial Alliance framework is also available for LPP members to access and is being promoted by the NHS London Procurement Partnership as a replacement for the expiring LPP framework.
Nigel Montgomery, Head of Health at DAC Beachcroft, said: “All our clients continue to face huge challenges to deliver high quality and safe patient care that is financially sustainable in the long term. We work in partnership with our clients, to provide strategic, commercial and regulatory legal advice that is practical in its solution and represents good value for money, with clients benefiting from our wide experience of working with 50% of all providers and 30% of commissioners across the NHS."
DAC Beachcroft will be providing a full range of commercial, employment, real estate and regulatory legal services to NHS members through the framework from its offices in London, Winchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Manchester and Leeds.
NHS Commercial Alliance are hosting a drop-in session for LPP members to find out more about the new framework. Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to representatives from both NHS Commercial Alliance and LPP and meet all the awarded suppliers. The event is happening on 21 May 2015, and visitors can drop-in at any time between 9.30 am and 12 noon.
The venue is The Robens Suite, 29th floor Guy’s Tower, Great Maze Pond, London, SE1 9RT.
