我所中国业务部由不同领域的律师组成，擅长向来自中国及亚太地区，并于英国或其他法域存在商业利益的客户提供法律服务。该部门律师在中国有多年生活及工作经验，熟悉中国文化，并能使用普通话和粤语与客户无障碍沟通。我所同时也与业内知名的上海凯荣律师事务所紧密合作，在争议解决、国际仲裁和保险（包括海事、海商及航空）等领域为客户提供跨境法律支持。

China Desk

Our China Desk comprises lawyers from across a wide range of practice areas who have experience of working with clients from China and the AsiaPac region who have business interests in the UK or the many other jurisdictions in which we operate. It includes lawyers who speak native Mandarin and Cantonese and who possess an intimate working knowledge of China and Chinese business culture, having lived and worked in China over a number of years. Additionally, our collaboration with highly-regarded Shanghai law firm Kai Rong, offers our clients on-the-ground capability in the areas of dispute resolution, international arbitration and insurance business including marine and aviation.

We regularly advise Chinese businesses operating in different jurisdictions and trading across international borders on all aspects of commercial, legal and regulatory risk, in areas including the set-up and operation of local offices, regulatory compliance, competition law, property investment, fraud and corruption, cyber and data protection, commercial contracts and litigation.
