We deploy alternative resolution techniques (adr) when appropriate; also mediation, arbitration, expert determination, as well as litigation.

As trusted advisers, our work is frequently of a high profile, strategic and sensitive nature and our advice is focused on developing bespoke solutions that protect the value of our clients’ property assets and reputation. We have the breadth and depth to deploy our team at short notice to manage high value, complex and challenging situations. We are supported by litigators in our Portfolio Management team for more regular, operational matters of significant volume.

Our work includes: strategic land disputes, rent reviews and lease disputes, CVAs, insolvency, dilapidations and environmentally related matters and specialist advice on disputes concerning the Telecommunications code.
