HSE/Local Authority Investigations

  • advising an NHS Trust in respect of appeal of Improvement Notices issued by the HSE arising from a legionella investigation
  • representing an NHS Trust in a prosecution brought by the HSE, following an over-exposure to radiation
  • advising a national care home provider in a local authority prosecution brought under the Health and Safety at Work Act, following the death of a service user from hypothermia
