Our Employment and Pensions group is one of the largest specialist employment teams in the country, with over 60 specialist employment and pensions lawyers nationally. Tax is an integrated part of the advice we provide.

We advise on all employment issues, including complex and highly sensitive individual discrimination and whistleblowing issues, to strategic matters such as industrial relations and major business change, and on issues such as equal pay, privacy, human rights, health, international, restructuring, redundancy and outsourcing.

We recognise that good employment law advisers are about more than just advising on the law. We work hard to understand the people issues and ensure these are factored into our advice.

Our specialist Pensions team provides a full range of strategic, cost-effective and focussed pensions advice to private and public sectors clients nationally. We advise on regulatory and compliance issues, to the pensions aspects of outsourcings, investment management and custodian arrangements, acquisitions/disposals and restructurings

Our Immigration team, fully integrated into the wider Employment team, provides expert guidance on all issues around recruitment and/or transfer of overseas workers in to the UK. We guide you through the system with practical and focused advice.
