In light of the extended lock down and following on from our article last month, highlighting recent HSE guidance on Protecting Lone Workers, we provide our Top 5 Tips to prevent remote working stress and to develop resilience. Employers have the same Health and Safety Responsibilities for home workers as for any other worker to include a legal duty to manage risk related to stress. Inevitably this risk can increase when there is no direct supervision, particularly when things go wrong.  We have also prepared some guidance on desk based stretches which not only help with wellbeing but can avoid work related upper limb disorders.
