Health charities: leadership, safety and governance

Published 18 November 2019

The role that charities play in supporting the physical and mental health needs of individuals is increasingly important: demand for charitable services is growing as charities progressively play a vital role in early intervention schemes, community care and the development of integrated services.

DAC Beachcroft's latest report examines the charities supporting healthcare and takes a look at why their leadership and governance faces increasing scrutiny by regulators. We look at what the CQC and Charity Commission are looking for when it comes to safeguarding across the sector, and we seek insights from those organisations that are getting it right.

The full report will be available in January 2020.
