In each edition we intend to cover the key guidance, enforcement action and hot topics of the moment. We also include sector spotlight round ups from our data protection experts in our breach response, technology, health, financial services and employment departments.

You will not be surprised in the current climate, in this edition we also include a Brexit section, pulling together the material guidance available to companies on the steps that need to be taken from a data protection perspective in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
