Leading healthcare law firm DAC Beachcroft has successfully been reappointed to the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative Framework.
The CPC Framework is an NHS-owned organisation which provides collaborative procurement and commercial services to over 80 NHS Trusts and CCGs in England. Established in 2007, the Framework is hosted by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and its primary role is to help its members function more efficiently through cost-effective collaborative procurement.
DAC Beachcroft continues to be part of this panel, which has increased to 10 members from the previous eight, all of which will provide a full-service offering to CPC members, who benefit from bespoke support delivered more efficiently due to the economies of scale of the procurement framework.
The NOE CPC is a significant alliance for all of its members and panel firms, where NHS Trusts, CCGs and other public sector bodies can use this framework to appoint law firms across a range of legal specialisms including: regulatory, workforce, commercial, estates and facilities, public law and projects.
Nigel Montgomery, partner and Head of Health at DAC Beachcroft also comments "we are delighted to be reappointed to the NOE CPC, which has always provided us with a significant opportunity to create further efficiencies for their members through our innovative work in the sector. For example, in the areas of new models of care, strategic estates outsourcing and healthcare regulatory, to name a few. Here we can make a real difference to how Trusts operate and ultimately help them save money. We very much look forward to working with them".
