Our Services

We provide regular training and advice in relation to all aspects of information governance and we design and deliver a range of training specifically for Caldicott Guardians. We offer a bespoke specialist training service which can be provided in-house to a group size of your choosing and tailored to your organisation's needs, policies and procedures.

We also arrange training events across our offices nationally, and speak at conferences and other events.

Who we are

As lawyers who frequently advise NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and Independent Organisations on information governance issues including confidentiality, the DPA and the impact of the HRA, we are able to bring our practical legal experience of what goes wrong and how to avoid it to our training sessions. Our training reflects the daily conversations we have with Caldicott Guardians about the complex scenarios which come up in practice.
We do not, however, just do training as an 'add on' to legal advice. We have a dedicated training team which regularly organises training programmes and provides training, from conference style events to individual sessions with Caldicott Guardians. We can cater to groups of all sizes and can host sessions in one of our offices across the country, or come to your premises, to deliver sessions for a set fee to a group of your choosing. The content of these sessions will be agreed with you in advance and can be tailored to your particular organisation's processes and challenges. We are also able to supplement any training with follow up legal advice on specific issues and policy and procedure reviews if required.
