Welcome to our Autumn 2016 Briefing. Again our aim is to provide insight and comment across a range of current industry relevant topics. Since our last publication, we have witnessed the outcome of the US presidential election and this week the first major set of announcements from the new Chancellor, one measure alone sending the quoted share values of some of the big lettings agents into sharp decline.
