DAC Beachcroft’s London Corporate team and the Governance Advisory Practice have produced the UK chapter of the multi-jurisdictional guide to Corporate Governance and Directors’ Duties for the prestigious publication Practical Law.
The team, which is comprised of Nick Gibbon, Giles Peel, Clive Garston, and Bridget Salaman, were asked to update the UK overview of the guide for the second year running. Their contribution to the guide builds on the success of last year’s edition, with the first section of the chapter providing an overview of recent and forthcoming developments in company law and corporate governance. The rest of the chapter provides a detailed summary of how UK companies are constituted and operate, from both board and shareholder perspectives.
The full Guide is live on the Practical Law website for account holders, and a PDF is also available here.
