What might a Brexit mean for UK employment law?

There have been some useful cases for employers this month. The High Court made a helpful suggestion about dealing with vexatious litigants and an EAT decision showed little sympathy for privacy arguments by an employee who had brought his personal relationship into the workplace by his own misconduct.

Less helpful for employers was a case showing that there is no need for a direct link between a claimant's disability and the treatment complained of for the claimant to be able to show discrimination arising from a disability. Quite a few pieces of legislation affecting employers came into existence this month and are featured in our Legislation Round Up.
