Space Systems Ltd
On 4 November 2015 Space Systems Ltd were fined £500 plus £440 costs and a £50 victim surcharge by the Manchester Magistrates’ Court. The fine resulted from the company's failure to comply with ICO notification requirements.
Aston James Consulting Ltd t/a The CV Writers (AJC)
On 13 November AJC were fined £1,250 and required to pay costs of £619.85, plus a £75 victim surcharge for breaches of notification requirements. The company was prosecuted in absence at the Basildon Magistrates’ Court.
10 December 2015 Zita Driaunevicius-Cookson was fined £300. Driaunevicius-Cookson, formerly a practice director at a medical centre, received the fine after accessing the medical records of family members and colleagues without consent. She was prosecuted by Bury & Rochdale Magistrates’ Court. In addition to the £300 penalty she is required to pay £434.73 and a £20 victim surcharge.
