Settlement reached in Mosley versus Google case
Formula 1 boss Max Mosley, who brought a case against Google for breach of his rights under the DPA, has now agreed a settlement with Google.

In May the ICO hosted the European Conference of Data Protection Authorities. The event, which was held in Manchester, greeted 90 information data authorities from various international jurisdictions.
Topics covered included the impact of the EU data regulation reforms and the challenges of data protection authorities in adapting to the digitalized age.
Christopher Graham, who spoke at the event warned regulators that as technology advances the risk to safeguarding personal data increases. He therefore advocated pooling regulator efforts and fostering co-operation so that authorities don't get left behind.
