DAC Beachcroft Employment Adviser Newsletter - April 2015
Published 15 April 2015
It has been a busy month. We have already told you about the tribunal's decision that commission earned must be reflected in the first 4 weeks of holiday pay. If you missed our alert on Lock v British Gas click here: Lock v British Gas Alerter. There have been some developments in immigration which take effect from 6 April. To review them click here. We've set out some other April changes below, as well as a summary of the employment legislation which became law just before Parliament was dissolved. One of those laws concerns gender pay reporting which will affect all private and voluntary sector organisations by spring 2016. If you missed our alert click here.
By the time of our next newsletter we will have a new Government. Employment law developments over the next few years will of course depend on its political make up and priorities.
