Our D&I principles
We value a culture which involves and includes people regardless of where they come from, how they speak or look, what disability they have, their age, gender, sexual orientation, the school or university they went to (or didn't).

As an international law firm, with clients in a wide range of sectors and locations, we believe that diversity of perspective, background, cultural influence and experience are critical to our ability to create sustainable value.
We are committed to having more balanced leadership and to ensuring that our teams, at all levels, reflect the diverse make-up of the people in our business, our clients and our communities.
In order to support that commitment, we will:
- Collect and publish diversity data on a regular basis, including publishing an annual report on the composition of the firm's leadership groups (Boards, Executives, Partnership, Business Services leadership)
Our Diversity & Inclusion Group is responsible to the Executive Board for setting and meeting objectives that drive D&I across our business. The group includes active involvement from our people in the work streams which flow from our objectives.
We are committed to reporting our diversity statistics and highlighting where there is still room for improvement and measuring our results against our objectives.
