DAC Beachcroft Chile specialises in insurance and reinsurance, corporate law, regulatory, real estate, and litigation.

In November 2012, partners of a Santiago-based law firm  Andrés Amunátegui and Guillermo Amunátegui formed, along with DAC Beachcroft LLP,DAC Beachcroft Chile.

DAC Beachcroft Chile represents local and international insurers, as well as  international reinsurers, on all issues related to insurance management, corporate loss adjustment processes and dispute resolution. Our partners are widely known in the Chilean market and have relationships with leading reinsurers worldwide.

• Insurance and reinsurance: we provide full service to insurers and reinsurers, covering corporate, regulatory, claims and insurance product areas; litigation against arbitration claims and before ordinary courts, we assume the representation of insurers in the event of coverage conflicts and claims recovery actions; loss adjustment, development and adaptation of formulations in new products of the areas of their respective coverage.
• Corporate matters: we advise companies in the insurance and financial markets on regulatory and corporate matters. Experience includes participation in the structuring of local and international financing sources, shareholder agreements and employment law.
• Real estate: we advise on the development of real estate, including acquisition and financing of projects.
• Litigation: we represent our clients in civil, commercial, insurance and employment disputes, both in arbitration and ordinary courts
