The deals we work on routinely cover delivery in a number of countries and have localisation with overseas group entities, and our experience ensures international regulatory compliance.

• Transactions on corporate forms encountered only, or typically in, the public sector. We have also acted on the re-creation of public bodies as statutory corporations, created new public bodies by Royal Charter and promoted amendments to existing Charters.
