David received his law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has a specialisation in International Trade and a LLM from the same Institution.

• David was part of the International Business Practices Unit of the Ministry of Economy and the Legal Affairs Unit of the same government agency

• He served as Director of Legal Processes in the Mexican National Council of Science and Technology

• He is responsible for the handling of large claims portfolios of government’s accounts in administrative and civil matters. He also assists the litigation and recovery claims handling teams

• He also has experience in the analysis and improvement of processes and legal coordination. Currently participates in the creation of the Claims Solution Group
