In this month's packed bulletin we report on a disability discrimination case that dealt with when an employer will be exempt from the duty to make reasonable adjustments in order to aid a disabled employee.

We also look at a decision of the EAT in relation to the TUPE 2006 Regulations and the timing and purpose of providing information. We also look at when an employee may claim "stigma damages", while one of our HR consultants discusses adapting working practices to reflect the changing age profile of employees as we report on the results of our survey on the default retirement age.

Finally, we point you towards some new guidance available on harassment and violence in the workplace.
