Giles Hindle is the Head of the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team, and has extensive experience of dealing with all types of corporate insolvency, both nationally and cross-border.
He acts for all the major accountancy practices in respect of formal insolvency appointments, advising on finance, asset realisation, security issues and company disposals.
In addition, he advises a range of stakeholders in respect of issues arising out of liquidation, administration or US Chapter 11 style procedures.
He also provides advice to corporate clients in respect of supply chain management, and contract issues arising out of supplier default as a result of an insolvency process.
Giles works with directors, interim managers and turnaround practitioners to provide restructuring and distressed situation advice, dealing with creditors, investors and lenders to secure long term survival, or time to secure an accelerated sale.
He has expertise in asset tracing and recovery both nationally and internationally, and in insolvency litigation, including wrongful trading and misfeasance actions, and antecedent transaction litigation.
