Zoë qualified in 1998, and joined the firm's employment group in 2005, becoming a partner in 2007.
Zoë's practice covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, negotiating and drafting of service contracts and other contractual documents, the design and implementation of redundancy programmes and intra-group transfers, and senior level dismissals.
Zoë has particular expertise in relation to the employment aspects of transactions and commercial projects. She has extensive experience of TUPE-related work on business transfers, outsourcing and PFI projects, advising both the public and private sectors. Zoë is head of the employment group's specialist transactional and TUPE unit.
Zoë has sector expertise in financial institutions, technology and telecoms and real estate and construction.
