Tony has extensive experience in corporate risk management and liability claims of all types. He has special expertise in exposure to chemical, physical and biological agents in the environment, in the workplace and through products.
Tony is head of the DAC Beachcroft's industrial goods and services sector. He lectures, both publicly and for clients, on risk management and liability. Tony is also a past president of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers.
Tony co-ordinates the firm's corporate responsibility policy nationally and chairs the firm's internal committee for governance and risk.
He is the author of the chapter on Legal Risk Management in the 2006 British Standards Institution publication, the Risk Management Universe.
