Advises public sector bodies on public law, human rights and contract and commercial issues. Principal clients include the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, the Higher Education Funding Council and the National Institute of Clinical Excellence. She also has considerable experience of defending applications for judicial review and other public law actions in the High Court.
