Peter joined the firm in August 1999 and has experience of defending a wide variety of motor, employers' liability, public liability and industrial disease claims.
Peter handles large loss claims on behalf of composite insurers and large self insured organisations, and is responsible for the day to day management of relationships with various clients.
Within the firm’s national Claims Solutions Group, Peter is responsible for quality, service delivery and product development within the Motor service line.
Peter has written articles and presented seminars and webinars in respect of the MOJ process for low value motor claims, and was the author of the 2012 DAC Beachcroft publication ‘RTA process: clear road ahead?’ More recently, Peter has spoken at major industry conferences on the subject of whiplash reform, and is a regular commentator on technological advancements in the motor claims industry.

In April 2011, Peter relocated from Bristol to Newport, where he leads a large team consisting of both pre-litigation claims handlers and litigators.
Peter was made Partner in May 2012.
Peter is currently the Head of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers' Motor Sector Focus Team.
