Paula Cole

Paula specialises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including drafting employment related documentation, dealing with issues arising out of the termination of employment, including advising on dismissals and executive severance packages, as well as advising on industrial disputes, discrimination claims and employment issues, transfers or sales of businesses and company reorganisations. 

Paula advises clients from a wide spectrum, including Government agencies, listed plc's, charities and owner managed business.  She is a member of the firm's specialist TUPE unit.
