Mark undertakes a broad range of work, with his main focus being in the Healthcare sector. Mark provides advisory and litigation services on a wide-range of Healthcare Law issues, such as the management of performers lists, advice on confidentiality, and declarations for the provision or withdrawal of treatment. He also represents the interests of NHS Trusts at inquests. Mark is also a member of the clinical negligence team where he conducts litigation on behalf of the National Health Service Litigation Authority and medical defence organisations.
