Lesley specialises in all aspects of commercial property litigation especially landlord and tenant disputes, including those with an insolvency aspect and is recognised for her expertise in the legal directories. She has extensive experience in complex service charge and dilapidations claims and issues arising from development agreements. She also has an unusual specialism in rent review and notional rent claims under NHS contracts. She works for both public and private sector clients. She leads the real estate litigation team in the Leeds office.
